Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and diligent member to join our PR division. You will be assisting your supervisor to manage and overlook Tech/Cyber PR projects. The ideal candidate will be someone who pays close attention to detail and is eager to learn.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for communicating with clients regarding their project needs, and reporting to Executive and Managing Director

• Assist the team in coordinating project materials for clients i.e. interviews and articles

• Pitch media to enhance media exposure for clients

• Build and maintain a good relationship with media and client (both online and offline)

• Propose and implement marketing and PR campaigns, including brand promotion, product promotion, advertising activities, etc.

• Coordinate with external and internal parties to ensure the smooth execution of digital marketing and PR functions

• Prepare proposals and reports for clients

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Journalism, PR or Humanities

• Able to work independently and autonomously. You will be tasked with overlooking and managing PR projects as directed

• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in spoken Mandarin is a plus

• Proficiency in MS office

• Proactive, self-initiated, good interpersonal skills

• Fresh graduates or candidates with less experience will also be considered
